My Approach
I see therapy as a space for growth, reflection, and reconnection with yourself and with others. My work is rooted in empathy and curiosity, blending practical strategies with a genuine understanding of each person’s lived experience. I integrate tools from CBT, DBT, and attachment-based therapies, while also bringing in mindfulness and self-compassion practices. My goal is to help clients uncover patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and build the skills to move through life’s transitions with more confidence and clarity.
