Mann Kaur Bajwa is a trauma-informed Registered Provisional Psychologist with 18 years of experience in health care. My Approach
I approach therapy as a place where we can pause, reflect, and make space for what’s often left unspoken. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t mean erasing the past—it means learning how to live with it in a way that honours your story, your values, and your voice.
My background in nursing taught me to listen beyond symptoms, to look at the whole person and that continues to shape how I show up as a therapist. I pay close attention to how culture, family, identity, and systemic pressures shape our emotional world. Especially for those of us from South Asian backgrounds, there can be deep tension between individual needs and collective expectations. I hold space for both.
